View the Course Agenda. Note that the course start and end times may adjust based on course location. All students must attend their full sessions in order to receive their designation. If you miss more than 30 minutes total of our course, you will not receive your designation and Accreditation until you make up that time in a live class or our online webinar. If you are earning CE Credits as a REALTOR or Real Estate Agent, you must attend a live course in states where we have approved CE credits. If you are taking an online virtual course, your state must have approved distance learning CEs and you must comply with state requirements for record of attendance. If you are attending our recorded webinar, there are no CEs available.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: No refunds on purchased registrations. By paying for your course, you are agreeing to our refund policy. You can reschedule your ASP® Course prior to the course start date at no charge. You have 6 months to transfer to a new course and we allow 1 transfer. A credit for tuition paid will be applied towards the new ASP® Course registration and any additional fees would apply. ASP® Designations and IAHSP® Membership – require annual renewal dues in order to continue their use. This begins one year after graduating from the ASP® Course. First year of membership dues are included with your tuition. The current renewal is $295 a year for both your ASP-RE Designation and IAHSP Membership The current renewal for ASP-Home Stager Designation and IAHSP Membership is $325 annually. Renewal rate for ASA – Accredited Staging Assistant Designation is $275 annually for both ASA and IAHSP membership. ASPM renewal is $415 annually. Rate subject to change without notice.

ALL COURSES REQUIRE STUDENT TO READ, ADHERE AND ABIDE BY THE ASP COURSE AGREEMENT. YOU WILL FIND THE COURSE AGREEMENT LINK IN THE ADDED INFORMATION LINKS. BY PAYING FOR A COURSE, YOU ARE INDICATING YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE COURSE AGREEMENT.
